Vitamins are essential elements required by our bodiesfor good was however reported that while some vitamin supplements can boost your health,others actually harm the body.the question is how much of vitamin supplements do you take?

I recently bought all kinds of vitamins. One of them is a multivitamin and has alot of nutrients all in one pill. I do not take them every day though. I really do not think that they were doing me a whole lot of good actually. I just take one every now and then. They are expensive.

yeah good vitamins are expensive especially when they are natural supplements

I am careful about how much iron I get! Too much iron damages the liver and can damage other organs too! The water-soluble vitamins are good to get every day, several times, as those do not damage anything but leave the body every so many minutes!
