How can i download movies using torrent?

Well first you'll want a torrent program, recommended ones are either azureus or utorrent, I personally use utorrent so I'll link it, www.utorrent.com Then you find a website to get the torrent files from. There's all kinds of them and some are "private trackers" which require you to sign up and keep a ratio of uploaded data to downloaded data. Which means you need to seed, but if you leave the torrent in the program it should automatically start to seed when it's finished. So no trouble there really. A couple sites to start off with are www.mininova.org and www.isohunt.com You may also want to try www.torrentscan.com which is a sort of search engine that'll let you look through several different torrent sites.

yeah, you heard absolutely correct my dear friend, and i am also one of them who love to download movies from torrents, and i thought its the simple and best way to download any thing from net, whether its a movie,songs,software or whatever, its pretty simple,,, all you have to do is to download a torrent client software like utorrent and then download the specified torrent from any site like mininova.org and its been done, It also called peer to peer (P2P) sharing.

You also need to consider how many seeds and peers the torrent have, it will affect your download speed. There are public and private sites, where you can download torrents, private sites offers much faster download.

For movies by torrent once you have a torrent client, I've had a friend suggest Torrent Reactor to me, but she was more into watching anime movies, so I'm not quite sure what the regular selection of movies is like.

This is exactly how i do it, I have a program called Azureus or you can use bit torrent, they are the same kind of program, once you have that, you can go to torrent websites to look for things to download, i like btmon.com or isohunt.com, typically for movies you want to look for the ones that are sized 3.5-4.3 gb in that range, once you find a file check the description and see what files are in there, if .iso file those are good or if there are .vob and .vof files those are good too, may take awhile to download like several days for some, you will also need a program like dvd shrink and also download some sort of free dvd burning program as well or dvd shrink won't work right, then you can burn your movie through dvd shrink
