Do you buy perfume for the bottle or for the fragrance?

When you buy a new bottle of perfume do you buy it because you like the bottle that it comes in and think it will look good on your dressing table, regardless of what it smells like, and maybe even despite the fact that you may not like the scent much? Or maybe you ignore the bottle that it comes in and purely buy it for the fragrance ie becuase it is your faveourite scent, and maybe you buy it despite the fact that the bottle is plain or ugly? Or maybe you are like me and you buy it becuase the bottle is pretty and the scent is nice too? I love Anna Sui pefumes becuase the bottles are always really nice and the scents are nice too.

For the fragrance, of course!
Hehe...
The bottle would be an enticing factor of course but ultimately, one should look at the fragrance, brand and price.
