What makes you cry?

I think It would be interesting if we all shared a little about what really hurts us. For me I cry when I'm frustrated with myself. I cry when a friend or loved one gets hurt. I sometimes even cry when I'm angry. What makes you cry?

I cry when Im frustrated or sad or even angry. Sometimes I just need a good cry. After I cry I seem to feel better, like it releases some pent up emotion or sumn.

Ya thats similar to me thank you. I'm not sure if crying is a natural response to frustration or anger but it does seem to help. Its got to beat staying upset or taking your anger out on someone else.
