Well for whiter teeth forget the toothpaste. Go to your cupboard and get the baking soda. Put some of that on your toothbrush and brush your teeth with it. You'll get whiter teeth in no time at all. As for better skin I would recommend using a glycerin based soap like Pears or Neutrogena. It's gentle and is better for the skin then most of the others out there. It can be used on the body and the face and it doesn't have perfumes or anything to be allergic to. Hope this helps

Baking Soda - Baking soda used to whiten teeth
Again we'll go back to baking soda this time with peroxide. It is a very safe and effective toothpaste that whitens teeth at the same time. It tastes aweful but is effective and your dentist will more than likely approve you using it whereas with other whiteners out there he will not (it removes enamel). Thanks Zelo

You can plump up for lips for free by using a slightly damp toothbrush (you may want to use an old one) to gently rub over your lips. This causes them to naturally plump up. If you have dry or falky lips you should use the toothbrush dry frist to brush the flakes off then wet to plump p the lips. Them apply a lip balm to your lips afterwards. Also, if you use lip glosses rather than lipstick your lips will look naturally plumper/

thanks I will give that a try. I have a bad habit of bitting my lips so I need to stop that to help them out more.

My secret weapon is pure vitamin E oil. At night, before bed, after useing all my regular cream and stuff, I put pure vitamin E oil on any red areas, scars, or wrinkles (or areas that could get wrinkles) I use it around my eyes every night and on my lips. Another wonderful product is Tea Tree Oil, dab this oil on any blemishes at night and it will dry them up (yeah it sounds wierd, a drying oil, but it's true). I hope this helps.

For clear skin, try cutting out fatty, greasy food, and eating more raw veggies. I did this when I went vegan for a while once, and my skin was amazingly clear. xD
