keyboard can't connected

I think there is doesn't matter with your keyboard or computer, but the matter is you.... Have you buy the computer ???

have you tried securely plugging it in on the back of your hard drive? sometimes when we hook oour keyboardds to our computer,it doesn't get a good connection if we don't plug it in right and securily. and also try to look around the cord of your keyboard where you plug it in at to see if there's any shortage,or any short on it,or rips. you may want to uninstall the keyboard's driver,and than reinstall it again.it might fix the problem too if you can't find the solution to the tips above that i explained.
