High blood pressure may decrease your risk of migraines

i think that is a load of bull. whenever my husbands blood pressure is up he has really bad headaches. so i really don't care what research says i think it is false.

I agree. I know when my BP get s up there I get headaches as well.

That doesn't make sense to me either. It looks like ti would cause more migrainses and more severe headaches. High blood pressure can cause many other ailments also.

This an utter non sense material, when ever i have migraines i tend to get hig blood pressure and i have advsied to relax to lower the same, and this a contradictory statement, which i cant believe. But i have been following my own ways of avoiding migrain and you can find it here in my blog http://trainyourmind.blogspot.com
