Has anyone got any suggestions on how i can make the £100 I should have made ...

this morning. I started work as a self employed mobile hairdresser part time after having 2 babies 11 months apart. The problem I have is that for the first time two clients in one day have cancelled. The first had a genuine enough reason - she is really unwell, but the second forgot and then said she couldn't be bothered...this is a trial for her wedding though which is in four weeks! She text me she couldn't be bothered which I found completely rude, only because I'd never do it. So has anyone any suggestions about how to make to £100 I've lost out on or how to deal with the rude bride to be? x

Unfortunately there is not a lot you can do about her. You could try to institute a cancellation fee, but that may upset customers, and there is really no way to enforce it. If she re-schedules with you and cancels again, I would not make time available for her again.
