episodes on the internet, but I cannot even see the previews! I have to see then on Tv and with my husband not being a fan, as soon as that particular episode is finished, he wants to switch channels. This is one of my favorite Science Fiction shows, much better that the la la la colorful Star Trek series. I hope they reach Earth soon. Comments anyone, especially from Canadians who feel their isp or CRTC is being extra mean by not letting them watch the episodes on the net.

Sometimes I cannot watch the show on Tv. Like I love Battlestar Galactica, and my husband is not a friend of that show,so he will watch any other show even if at the end of that particular he would say that the show stunk. So I would like to see what a particular episode is like rather than wait until I buy the complete series that costs quite a lot of money.

Well, if I could, I would trade you Battlestar Gallactica for Trailer Park Boys. We can't get that show in the States. BBC America had a censored version of it, and then discontinued that. Luckily, my son was able to download some episodes for me.

I would gladly give you Trailer Park Boys. I am more of a science fiction fan as long as the science fiction is not the trallalal stuff like Star Trek.

Thanks for best response. I like scifi shows too, but Trailer Park Boys is the funniest tv show I've ever seen.

You can't watch internet TV at all? Did you try watching it during the live feed on Fridays on SciFi.com? That's how I've been watching it. But, I also go to TV-Video.net and sign up for their VIP forum (you have to "donate" or participate in their forums, though) and I can see it there. They have a US server and a European server, so maybe you can bypass whatever it is that makes it so you can't see it. I also watch it on Hulu.com. I don't know if I mentioned these to you or not, I know I told at least one of my friends about them.

I suspect that people in other countries can watch it, but not Canadians, nor do I suspect the Chinese. The first is because we have the CRTC who want us to watch only Canadians and you know why the Chinese will not let them watch it. Also they have my ip address so they know it is from Canada. I guess I will have to save for the TV DVds. I missed most of the third season.

My son can get shows through a peer to peer network, but then I just have a regular sized monitor. Also in Canada, we cannot see what comes on next week. unless we get the High Definition Channels. So that is what I watch, because if the Canadian High Def Channels are like the regular channels, we cannot see them.

It does not apply just to science fiction or Battlestar Galactica. It applies to any show, LOST, CSI, NCIS, even the comedies. The CRTC block every show from being seen on the internet. In the States, you can watch the show on the internet if you missed it, and especially since not many people use the VHS anymore and you cannot record it unless you have a dvr player. Up here they cost around $700 unless you get one on sale. So you either have to wait for reruns and if you are married to someone who does not like the show, you are stuck.
