if you are a bread person can you last a day without eating bread? if you are a rice person can you last a day without eating rice? i am a rice person and i also eat bread. i can last a day without eating rice but that would be because i will be eating pasta. i cant eat bread the whole day without the erge to eat rice so in my diet it would be bread in the morning, rice at lunch and maybe pasta or fruit in the evening.

I try not to be too dependent on any type of food... so i can live with rice or bread or even noodles for a very long time... like before... i experimented on only eating bread for like 1 month... no rice... and i survived it... without feeling weak...

I am not a bread eater but I love my rice and you know how Italians are they love their pasta - spaghetti being my favorite. If I had to choose between rice or bread I would go with the rice for sure.

I am glad to hear your Aunt is home, I hope she recovers fully. As for the rice I love anything with it, beef, pork or a nice plate of chicken with vegetables. I'll even be happy with a bowl of rice and a fried egg on top! LOL

you are a cool guy. i too can eat almost anything with rice. and when a lazy day is here i will just cook egg and put it on my rice. here in our country we cook rice manually i mean not on a rice cooker. we cook rice on a pot then out it on the top of the stove. we will wait patiently for that to cook. my children also knows how to cook rice that way. we also have rice cooker but we seldom use that because we are saving electricity, it cost too much so we lessen the use of electric appliances

I am a bread person and sometimes also eat pasta. I could go without rice for a year or more and not miss it. I like rye bread, sourdough bread and sprouted whole grain bread... I love sourdough rolls. I like pasta as it is inexpensive and easy to prepare.

I don't eat rice at all, but do love fresh bread. I'm able to skip the bread, if its not fresh, but would have to avoid the grocery store in the morning when they are making fresh bread. I couldn't manage without some fruit and pasta and love fruit pizza.

I can go for awhile without rice but I have to have my bread at least once a day. I must eat a certain amountof carbsdeveryday for maximum diabetic health. I count carbs and eat just so many a day along with lean meats, low fat dairy, veggies and fruits

Rice and bread are kind of very starchy. Now I'm eating vegetable and fruit for lost weight. But sometimes I crave for starchy. So at that time, I eat rice and bread. I eat bread more than rice.

I love both rice and bread and without either is torture! When I went on a healthy eating diet I couldn't eat bread or rice for a month and it was hell. I lost weight but I really looked forward to my cheat days when I can enjoy my rice and bread! I would hate the thought of not being able to eat rice or bread ever again, but like most things, everything in moderation is not a bad thing. I now eat brown rice and brown bread and they're very filling compared to the white variety. That way I don't pig out as much!

I love rice, pasta and bread. In that order. But i can go a few days without any. Since i turned 50 i decied to learn to make my own bread. Taste better. No chems or preserves. I stoer unused in freezer. Since it dosent have all that junk in it it stales faster. Doesnt take long to thaw it so thats not a problem.

I just looked in a cook book and found a recipe. Mixed the ingredients together. Followed directions. Let it rise, punched it in the middle. Divided the dough in two. put in dough in loaf pans, let it rise again then basked it in oven. Really very simple. And worth every bite of it. Especially when i found the cheesa bread recipe.
