Now that everyone has come to find out why I'm trying to get everyone to notice its because of the interest ratings. I have more than once stated they really are not something that should have a rating.
Lets look at my example, as I had posted under I'm A Woman about a week ago and discovered just how many men are women and ladies if you want to find a category that we should have more members its this one. I'm a level 2 at 166 and you will find me on page 14. You will see a lot of men before me including the one that disagreed with me on being a woman. I dropped some percentage after posting on being a woman and haven't posted on this topic that I should be way up there in female knowledge.
Do you have interest ratings that are completely false? I have never posted under I'm A Man, but it sure would be bad, if I found that Mylot thinks I'm more man than woman.

I never really looked to see about it. I guess I will have to pay closer attention the next time I go through my discussions. I know I am 66/100 in user ratings.
Thanks for this discussion, now you have me curious.

Thank you for posting. I was afraid nobody would touch this discussion; specially, all the men on my friends list. I'll have to go see where your at in this interest group.

I never bother with that interest rating I don't use the usefulness of it. But to answer your question this is just an interest it is not a gender classification, woman are interested in men issues and men are interested in women issues and by the times you use this interest for posting is how you get your calcification. The site knows what gender you are it is in your profile, but this is not about gender it is about interests a totally different thing.

That is a good point and never thought of it that way. I think what really bothered me is the entire rating interests. We all know I have spoken about the stars also.
One of my friends has bred and had fish more years than I have been alive and I have a higher rating. When I need help, I go ask him for help. Many people on these boards expect people with the highest ratings will be the best choice to ask for help. I'll be the first to say I am woman isn't the topic we need to run for the highest rated person, but if I needed help with an animal I would go ask the highest rated person.
Thanks for the reply.
