Lately many companies are leaving business cards at my doorway. What do you think of leaving a card at somebodies doorway? I find lots of them at my doorway and keep throwing them out.
When I leave a card its with a person, so they are more likely to use the card. I do realize just leaving a card doesn't mean they will use it. People that hand me a card are more likely to see me in their business.

Personally I think it is a waste of money most people do not bother to read these things, they just throw them out. Especially when it is nothing you are in the market for anyway.

Thank you for the reply. I don't understand the waste of paper. Yesterday I had 3 in the door all for painting the house. It was just painted a year ago, so certainly isn't getting done again soon.

It is a waste of paper, you are absolutely right. At least if they new people wanted their house painted then it would make more sense to but the cards and fliers in the door, thanks so much for best response.
