I'm Convinced and Thanks!

[b][/b][i][/i]I would like to say thanks to all the good peole here that sent me many responses to my "I'm leaving here" post. I have decided to stay. Not one person complained about getting a virus from here so I doubt it was from here. I did have my hard drive cleaned out and my computer is running better than ever. I just love it! Guess what! Those pics I thought I had lost....stupid me, I had forgot that I had already put them on a couple of dics but had decided to go back and put captions on them and get rid of duplicates as I had too many and wanted to shorten them down to fit on only one disk. Why I had forgotten about that I have no clue (getting old lol)
I realized it last night well laying in bed trying to sleep and it all of a sudden hit me "I saved those pics!" OMG! I was so excited I had to get up and double check. I didn't get back to sleep until around 3 a.m. I was so excited! The Christmas pics weren't there but I had uploeaded them to my Kodak site and I can make a disk from there. So now, I have all my pics, I am soooooooo happy. 
You guys are gret, you have all convinced me to stay and you'll be hearing from me soon! Love you all! HUGS!

I'm glad your staying, as I would have really missed talking about our lives. I should go check the Kodak Site to see what I have sitting there. Its very likely where the San Francisco pictures are located. We won a trip and stayed at the beautiful Hyatt Hotel. The beautiful flowers and the room were so great didn't want to leave.

Awwwww thanks Fishmomma. I'm glad I'm staying too. I felt like that on my birthday cruise, I just hated leaving the ship and missed it for days. I just loved that cruise! Nice memories. I at least have all the pics from the cruise as I had a dis made out of them months ago.

I am glad that you have decided to stay. It is awful when our computers get a virus, and just don't work the way they should. I will look forward to hearing more from you.

I'm glad to hear that you're sticking around, my friend!
I can understand your frustration with getting the virus but can any of us be completely protected at all times? You might get hit by a bus if you walk down the road too, but you still have to do it!

You're right girlfriend! We can't go around being paranoid and I did get most of my pictures back and the computer is like new so in the long run, it was probably a good thing. It turned out to be the silver lining in the dark cloud. All dark clouds seem to have them. Thanks for your input! Have a safe day.

I did not read your "I'm leaving here" post, but I am glad that you decided to stay. And that's also great that you have your photo back. I can under it's really sucks to lost that wonderful record of life.
Anyway, mylot is a good place for people to discuss together. Enjoy being here.
