Are any of you going to give your fish a summer vacation?

I put a few containers out side (the ones that hold about 20 gallons) and I will put aquarium gravel over some garden soil into which I will plant several aquarium plants to grow during the summer. I will also put some of my tropical fish in th containers to grow and get better colors (the sun light will help to brighten their colors). Has any one else done this or are you thinking about it?

You already know I put my fish outside for several months, as they get a lot larger outside quickly. The real problem is getting them back out of the ponds, but several people have suggested I just put heaters in the ponds.
I really should put my aquarium plants outside also. This is a great idea that I'm going to do this year.
