I love chinese food just like you. I can eat chinese food at any time of the day or night. I specially like chinese fried rice with any ginger-garlic gravy. I love noodles too. We kinda get an Indianised version here with many spices added in it. Is it true that authentic Chinese food doesn't have many spices added to it and is bland to taste?

I like it much, all dishes are very interesting, and they say its nutritious and healthy too. However, it is a bit expensive, so i cant have it really often.
