Did You Ever Think That myLot is a Virus Carrier?

I never experienced this before. I was never alarmed by my anti-virus software that a virus was detected or something. I always am very positive for this site. Good for you that you have an anti-virus. You are always ready whenever a virus will haunt your computer. Kudos.

i think you already have a virus on your computer but it is not from mylot...nod32 scan your computer while you are using it and when it find something that would harm your computer files it will alert you right away...i have been using mylot for sometime now yet i dont get any kind of virus fro this site.better to scan first your computer and clean it from errors....

I never get a virus alert when I visit with Mylot. I come to Mylot every day and haven't had any problems with it yet. I have Norton Antivirus and it always detects a virus also. I have not had any alerts through Norton for Mylot though.

I would take their side, myLot is not a carrier. Not sure about the adds cause I don't see them ... ops. I have disabled this sort of thing in my firefox, less I am tempted to visit them, and probably infected.

Hi there, I have been searching for a virus program that can alert me when i am searching that the page i will be uploading is infected with virus and the loading is paused. Your description seem to fit what i am looking for. Can i have the url to download it from the internet ? I am sure there is a trial version for me to try first. Thanks

Firstly,I think this site is legal and has no viruses or Malicious Code,but we might cannot make out this site is always without virus.Because some hackers may attract at any time,but we shouldn't be too worry.I believe the Administrator of myLot must be very careful managing the site,the probability of infecting by virus on the site is small.On the other hand,virus on Web are not as terrible as we imagined,we can usually defend them and clean them from our computer .As you see,the Nod32 anti-virus is very sensitive to viruses.So most viruses can be detected and cleaned ,so you shouldn't be so worried about infected by virus in this site.Certainly,you should be careful when there is an alarm by anti-virus and make a right decision in time.

Nope. I have been with MyLot for 2 years and have gotten zero viruses.

I cannot think of any reason why Mylot would be carrying such a virus. It is more likely that your anti virus program is wrongly reporting this due to misinterpreting a software feature here.

i havent thought about that.. it never did enter my mind that mylot could be carrying a lot of virus. has there been someone who has experienced their pcs with virus only having gone to mylot?

you must have something in your system that makes it warn you. i do not think that mylot has a virus because if ever , none of us will be here this long. better yet change your anti virus .

I had not noticed anything to suggest that. Of course anything is possible. That is why we should keep our virus and spyware up to date.

Well, I didn't ever noticed this type of warning from my antivirus. Although I have been hearing from you this first time lol... It might be your antivirus is pretty genuis in grabbing and discovering new types of viruses than my antivirus...hehehee Cheers!!!

nooo, i never think of that, i hate nod32, and many antiviruses at all, because they threatened you for every detection, when the got some process trying to attach itself to other processes, they started considering it like virus, or some kind of trojan, i don't have any kind of antivirus in my computer, so i use my programs without any threat, anyways happy mylotting!!

i dont think so. i have never experienced the issue. i am sung zone alarm internet security. till now it did not detect any problem with this site. before that, i used to use mcafee. it was also showing that the site is virus free.

So far my computer still clean from virus each time I visiting myLot. so I don't have any problem with my Lot. maybe you get it from other sites?
