I know a guy who has been in and out of more jobs than I can remember. In fact he has worked as a secretary,technician,teacher,electrician,salesman etc.The last time I heard from him he was working as an administrator for a small business, that was about early last 2007.I got an e-mail from him just last night telling me he just got a new job as a consultant in a manufacturing business. I was surprised as this guy has never held on to a job for more than a year or less. Why do you think people just jump from one job to the other or what reasons will make you change your job in this manner?

I think alot of people jump from job to job, so they can draw unemployment in the meantime while they are off looking for a new job. I think alot of them are lazy and they do not want to work or they do not know what kind of profession they would actually like.

I believe that many people are undecided as to what they would like to do in life, and having a job is no different. Maybe your friend has so many gifts and talents that he dosent and cant pick a perfect job to suit him. So thats why he jumps from job to job to job. When i first read this i was like Hmmmmm jumping from job to job is not always a good thing once u think about it. But i am the type of person that likes to look at both angles. Or maybe he jut likes to be in new enviroments. It could be a number of reasons as to why. I mean just think about all the people in this world that get up day after day and go to work for a company that they despise. Not everyone likes there job or wants to be there all the time. I think your friend is just trying to find his place.
