The secretarial profession is known to be dominated by females all over the world.This was proven to be untrue as a man young man in Germany beat very stiff competition to become the best secretary of the year.He won this award over countless number of females,in your own opinion,do you think ladies are better secretaries than men?

I think we are all about equal these days when it comes to knowledge about jobs, especially since we have so many college opportunities to choose from also. I think woemn can do a good job in a mans line of work and a man can do a good job also in a womans line of work if they are really interested in the job.

you have a point there,with the right attitude and the right training both can perform quite effectively in any profeession regardless of the gender they belong to.

for my own opinion both are the same, as long they know how to handle the office work together with there boss.
