Lasagna!

my wife is the one who is cooking in our house, i just wait to eat. har har har. she makes lasagna very creamy. with spagetti sauce and a white creamy sauce that i dont know what it was. all i know it was really taste. superb. delish. top with a lot of cheese. she and her cousin used to have a sathering business. maybe that recipe was handed out to them then they just enhanced it.

The best recipe is lasagna with: butter ,milk , big amount of Parmesan, cream !!! rest of ingredients you know :D

For my lasagna I use a cheese sauce. In it I put a little touch of nutmeg and mustard. Not too much mustard, just enough to bring out the flavour of the cheese. Whilst cooking the mince I also put a pinch of sugar in to neutralise the acidity of the tomatoes.

I make beef lasagna with white sauce, but i don't know it tastes me not good although i make it exactly what i have seen on tv shows. Do you make lasagna with tomato sauce?
