Overcoming depression

IS there anyone of you knows a good way to overcome depression? Please share some with me. Im been depressed for several days already. Hope you guys could help me out. Thanks!

A bottle of vodka works really ..................well i used to solve my problem ,Was in a depressed state a months back ,broke up with my girl rather she broke it up and was upset about the whole thing. So First thing first find out the reason for your depression and after that try getting yourself out of it. It's not easy but you will have o help yourself no one else can, Try keeping yourself busy ,indulge yourself in some other kind of work which takes you far away from the problem .These are the few things I utilised in soling my problem. it works try it

the drinking part was not to be take seriously dear was just joking about it ,drinking doesn't solve anything and i drink when i am happy not when i am depressed

I really cant tell you a good way but i have been using this following tip which keeps me moving 1) Life is a gift 2) What ever happens happens for good 3) Love your life and make good use of it 4) Live for yourself and acheive what ever you want to achive 5) have a good plan. 6) take every day as a new day and new challange can also check my blog for more of this kind. check my profile to visit my blog

My first advice is write down all the things in your life that you have to be greatful for.....food clothing shelter etc etc etc.....then look on the internet through pages of starving kids in africa or the victims of the Typhoon in Mynmar.....next.....exercise ( yoga ) meditation, the herb Holy Basil is known for being a stress releiver, aromatherapy- spearmint, lavender, eucyliptus, etc, finally, do a 3-4 days detox/juice fast....this will cleanse your body of toxins and put your hormones and chemicals back into balance giving you energy adn a brighter out look.....also.....accupuncture/reflexology. GOOD LUCk.....LIFE is too amazing to be sittin on the sidelines.
