Extrovert or introvert?

I think that I am more of an extrovert than an introvert. Therefore, I have a combination of that. Sometimes I am outgoing and enjoy so much to socialize with other people, and sometimes, especially when facing problems, I want to be alone, alone with God. It's easy to be outgoing and being with other people when your countenance shows you're in good mood but it's difficult to be with other people when your face is long and dreary!

Hi mahesh you are quite right, iam very much introvert person, I usualy give up very easily and always try to be safe. How about you?

I would say I am an introvert person. I am more like to stay alone and be left alone in life(well most of my time). I really do not know why I became like this and now that I am adult sometimes its hard to be understood by others who are not introverts like me. But for now I really am comfortable being like this and I guess there is nothing wrong being one.

I am a extrovert person..I really enjoy being with people..I love to socialize and be around others.I can easily talk and chat with total strangers...When i go to an event i can blend right in a talk to everybody..My husband is also a extrovert,and talks to everybody..We are not bashful or with drawn....I have a daughter that is an introvert,and does not mix really well with people unless she knows them well,she is quite and reserved...My other daughter is an extra extrovert,everybody knows when she arrives and she draws a crowd,and you also know when she makes her exist...................all my other children"the Boys" they are extrovert too....

I am both, it just depends upon the situation. I am a hermit but I also am a big one for parties. Ainge

I'm Introvert. I don't like leaving the house to go anywhere and only go out when I have to. I don't socialize with many people but my family and people on the internet. My main problem about leaving the house is people. I don't like being around other people. Once in awhile I will go out to dinner with my boyfriend because he wants to dine out once or twice a month.

I am a borderline extrovert which means I am more to the extrovert side of things but not very very extensive, I love my home, I prefer to be home more than out but I do love to be out as well now and then among a friends, but not as much as when I was much younger. Now the internet has become my social life since I am disabled.

Is it possible to be both?? Though most of the time I prefer being by myself, I also love to be with people, It depends on what mood I am in..

I am definately an introvert, in that I would rather be alone, not all the time but I do like my time alone, not that I ever get any and this can make me feel down. I feel very crowded when I try to get some time alone and one of my kids or my hubby follows me.

I am happy to be an introvert but I can be very sociable as well, when necessary. I used to be very shy but now I can chat with anyone and enjoy meeting new people.Basically I enjoy my own company and don't need to have other people around me. I don't mind being a recluse. I am friendly but never had a lot of friends.

i'm more of an introvert. i do enjoy the company of a few close friends or relatives but i don't like going to parties or other gatherings where there are a lot of people. on the internet i can be more extroverted, like here on mylot i can respond to discussions of other people's that i don't know, and i'm comfortable with that :)
