I am wondering if it is a good idea to take Align. I have a sample pack and was thinking of trying it out. Do you take probiotics and if so do you take Align?

aidenw if you feel it's difficult to breathe you might have 'sleep apnea' which is more serious than regular snoring.people with sleep apnea are more at risk for stroke and heart problems.you may want to mention that to your doctor.

aidenw i don't mind eating plain chocolate,to me it tastes good. but i also like chocolate with nuts and/or fruit in it. i like chocolate covered cherries bit don't really care for caramel because it sticks to my teeth.

aidenw i have read that green tea is one of the healthiest and that's what i drink but probably not enough to get the benefits,because they say you have to drink a lot. when i eat in a chinese restaurant i like to drink jasmine tea. it tastes really good.
