Edie Packing!

What do you all think of Edie packing her bags at the end of the show? Do you think this is a sign that she is OFF the show? There have been discussions that she is leaving the show and this could be her final exit. What do you think? And will you miss her if she goes? Or do you think this is part of the time warp plot. When the show comes back in the fall it will be 3 years in the present? So actually, it looks like an exit but really won't be? I like her and she is the favorite one to hate (along with Kathryn now). I think they still need her to stir up a little trouble!!

Ms. Sheridan has a contract for next season, so Edie will be back. She won't be in the season finale. We will see her next season. These rumors keep surfacing, but I believe the actress. She will be in a movie called Noah's Ark:the New Beginning.

This is what is posted in a story posted online after the showing of the last episode: "For weeks, rumors swirled that Sheridan was out of the show. Both ABC and Sheridan's publicist, Nicole Perna, have been tightlipped in response to inquiries about her imminent departure. But creator and executive producer Marc Cherry was slightly more forthcoming. Yes, Edie's gone, he told The Associated Press on Friday. Then he added: "She won't be back for a few years." What could that mean? Hadn't Cherry already announced he will bring his series to a close at the end of the 2010-11 season, just three years from now?" Marc Cherry is moving the show forward some years like Lost. We are going to see them a few years older next season.

I almost felt sorry for Edie, when the ladies came over and told her what they thought of her. She did deserve it though. Maybe it will wake her up some and she will start being a better mom to her son.

I really can't imagine the show without her. She's such a b1tch but she really is one we love to hate, that's for sure. That sounds weird, the time warp plot where it will be three years from now. Are they going to come back to real time or what else is going on here? This was the first I'd heard of this idea. Annie

I believe the producer plans to end the show in 2010. That is what I read on the internet anyway. I wish they would just carry on as is. All this fast forwarding in time and going back in time confuses me. LOL! And yes, I was born with blonde hair!

I was wondering why Edie wasn't on the season finale. I missed the last 10 minutes of this show you are talking about, so missed Edie packing. It's good to know she will be back. Wisteria Lane wouldn't be the same without her.

I think she is needed to. We gotta have trouble stirred up every now and then!
