Many people who are health conscious are not agreable with eating between meals because it will ruin the appetite for the regular meal time. Besides, people will become more overweight and later will be prone to some health problems if they are eating between meals. But there are others who said that, you should fill in your stomach with something whenever you are hungry to avoid ulcer. What do you think about this?

I cant say for sure about th ulcer thing but if you've ever watch the biggest loser or other weight loss related programs they all say the same thing :- Instead of 3 meals a day - with snacks, you should really be having 6 small servings a day as it's better for you & you can lose the weight of the smaller amounts easier!

Really?? that's cool.. But what if the food is so delicious and you can't control your appetite every serving time? 6 times? That's how people maybe become overweight? Anyway, self discipline is very important on this and determination.

I'm eating 5 to 6 small meals a day and losing weight. I put small amounts of food on my plate and put all the rest away. There are a few days that I will eat 7 times when I'm upset, but always try to make good food choices.

I have been told and do firmly believe that it is best to eat more, but smaller meals than to eat only 3 larger ones. About 6 times a day is what I have heard is recommended.
