What happend in the new episodes that I missed?

Izzie can't say anything about her patient to Alex and is having trouble not speaking. Meredith is seeing a therapist and looks like it will help her. Rose and Derek slept together. Bailey told everyone to stop giving Sloan the bad treatment. The best scene was Bailey and Sloan, as she was priceless coming to his aid. I liked her signing the paper when the Chief wanted everyone to list their personal relationship information. The chief and Bailey are my favorites on the show and seeing them in scenes together was great. I'm glad the chief is back with his wife, as he proved to her that the hospital isn't his only life. I agree that the character Christina is played very well on this show. The actress really was impressive.
