What's Your Nervous Habit While High?

Now, I'm not talking about any twitches you get or weird noises that come out while smoking a good j; for that you need to stop smoking and seek medical attention lol. I'm talking about small things you like to do while you are smoking, outside of the normal watching TV or listening to music.
I just realized last weekend that me and my mother love maintaining our nails while high!!! We sit around and talke about life, watch television or movies, or even play a hidden object game on the computer, and pick at our naild. I got a good nail kit from Wal-Mart called Ms. Manicure. It was under $5, and has every tool you could ever need for your nails and cuticles. When gathering the materials necessary to do what we do, this is an absolute necessity!!!
So, potheads, what do you like to do while high? Or are we the only weird ones? Maybe you haven't noticed it yet!!!

No kidding?????? You get high with your mom????? I can't even wrap my mind around that. I don't know about clipping at yourself with sharp objects when you are high. Now I am going to worry about you.

I think a big difference is that I didn't start smoking until I was 18, so I was already grown. Another thing is that even though we are mom and daughter, we act more like sisters. We tell each other everything, and hang out a lot together. I should really do a discussion about the messed up hierarchy in my family lol. But this is just another thing we do together.
Oh, and don't worry about the sharp objects. I am usually clipping cuticles, and not nails. I have gotten pretty good with the utensils too, as the first couple of times using them, even sober, I woke up with sore fingers lol.

I just like to chill with my friends and listen to some good music. Or watch a good movie is always fun. But for the most part like with my boyfriend we just chill and talk when we are sitting outside.

I do all of that stuff too. But I was talking more so little nervous habits that you may have. Stuff that you do with your hands, outside of holding and passing lol.

I have a twitch thing I end up doing but thats about it. I really don't do much else.

What do I do?? I tend to pick at my hair. I pull my split ends apart. I can do it for hours on end and not really realize I'm doing it. Then it seems to be difficult to pull my eyes away from my hair. If that's my worst twitch, I'm good with that. I also pick at my legs, ingrown hairs and such. It gets uncomfortable after awhile so I can't do it as long as I pick at my hair. Sometimes I clean. I don't mean to, but I will get started on a spot, then spot would get bigger, then before I know it, the whole bathroom is done. Then after I'm done acting out, I sit and play on the PC, or watch TV, or listen to music, or eat, or garden, or walk around town.
Oooooooo. That's sounding like a terrible way to behave. Gee, maybe they should keep it illegal. Too many people are freaking out and causing havoc!!

If the most that happens to us is picking at nails and split ends, cleaning and gardening, watching tv and walking around town, they need to hurry up and legalize this stuff, so people will get more done lol!!! I don't think its terrible that you do these things, it makes me feel better because I was beginning to think that me and my mom were the only ones with nervous habits!!!

Haha! Well yeah basically what you mentioned already .. I like to listen to music when Im high. I definatly like to get high with friends and just chill and talk about stuff. One time when I got absolutely BAKED out of my mind .. I was really just laughing for no absolute reason at all hah. I started laughing and then when my friends were laughing I was laughing at their laugh or something and I kept going and could not stop! Ah .. The good memories of being high :)

You know what is weird, I have never, in all my nine years of smoking, have had an unexplained laughing attack. Yes I have gotten weak over something that was said, or something I saw on TV. But never for nothing. I feel left out

Now is he just picking at his nails with his hand, or is he pulling out the entire nail kit and manicuring the nails. That is a totally different fish lol.

Actually I just picked this habit up a little while ago. I bought the nail kit about a year ago because I liked my sister's. One time while me and my mom were smoking I looked down and didn't like the way my cuticles were looking, so I got the nail kit and went after them. My mom watched me doing it then found something she didn't like on hers, so she did the same. All a sudden it became the thing to do while smoking. She will bring weed, I go get the utensils, including the nail kit!!! Its a habit that just snuck up on us.

Hmmm.. I think I just like to sit around and think of really profound theories about life. You know when you feel like you have just discovered something really important and genius... I have a lot of those. Then when I start to talk about it, it just sounds like I'm an idiot. Oh and I like to eat ahahaha I am just your typical boring stoner, what can I say?

hahaha drkn- I'm glad to see it's not only me and my mother enjoying the cheeba together...lol
We like to just sit around and watch TV- be on the computer or just sitting around joking and talking.
I do find that I love to mylot when I do smoke a J- seems like the ideas just flow at those times...lol

Mostly, I like to laugh AT the sausage man. He's such a hoot to smoke with! hahaha! 
Our routine tends to be him arriving to my house, us going out back to split a J, then inside to watch "Futurama", and before the episode is up, making our way to the bedroom.
On the rare evenings that I have endulged in a brownie while on my own, I will sit and post online (like here and now 
), and watch funny shows on tv.
Both situations always involve drinking a LOT of water or diet pop.... stupid dry mouth! 
Our routine tends to be him arriving to my house, us going out back to split a J, then inside to watch "Futurama", and before the episode is up, making our way to the bedroom.

or when with friends, im in good condition for drink!
what i do love best when high is.. sleep!

i love to shave when im high,i have been doing this for a long time ...about 8 years not only after i smoke 2..3 j's but also after chasing some smack i love to shave ...

I don't really have a habit at all. Usually the habits I get are from when I'm sober. I don't do habits. I tend to do more....hobbies and cook and stuff.
At times I just meditate and let the herb soothe you and enjoy the ride.

Hmmm. funny i think I always chased my girlfriend around town after getting high. Not that she's trying to get away from me but she does have this trip about letting me catch her if I can thingy. And yeah after I catch her then things really get to be interesting. We then go out to the clearing and watch some darn stars while the gang is close by pumping up some music and trying to get laid all over the place. I'd swear I could see them stars fall on my stoned face. and yeah the hours really get long with her. I miss that. I still get stoned at weekends though, but life has never been that still and cool in the good ol days. Lol.

You know it depends on the situation. In my home i have an urge to cook things. Weird things, like creme brulee. But other than that, i enjoy making up stories about random objects. It sounds odd, but you can come up with some incredibly creative things! But it's been about 3 years since i last smoked. :sigh: Hopefully this next trip home will be my rejoining with MJ!

The weirdest thing I've ever done was sit and watch the washing machine I just watched it spinning round then filling up with water again and spinning some more, I got really interested in the cycle. I don't do it regularly it was just a one off but it's a pretty strange one.
