Do you use over-the-counter medications everyday, a couple of times a week, a couple of times a month, or almost never?

I use over the counter medications very seldom. I don't even like to take tylenol. You are always hearing about bad side effects to stuff plus if you take something to long or to much of it your body will get used to it and it wont do you any good. I bet I took a total of 10 tylenol the entire year. The only time I take it is when my gallbladder starts hurting.

I used to use a over the counter medication quite a bit until a lot of them started causing me to have headaches. So, I don't use hardly any at all anymore. I might use an occasional Advil now and then, but very rarely. I try not to use medication unless I'm really sick or in a lot of pain. I do take vitamins and supplements, though, but not herbal medicines.
