My earnings are really down now :(

Hi subha I really dont think it has anything to do with your star. I havent had a problem but I havent been on here too much since my surgery. In fact I just got home from the hospital yesterday. I have also learned its not good to talk about your earnings on here. If you get my drift.LOL

I have not been on mylot for months until yesterday. Someone tried to get me to sign up under them when I remembered I already had an account and signed on. I had .02 woohoo... SO i sat here for alittle while and responded to peoples topics. I didnt make any of my own or post pictures or anything and Im now up to .15 I didnt think that that was to bad, expecially since I really wasnt sitting here all that long. I really enjoy this site and I like reading what other people have to say about certain topics. Sometimes it just plain ole entertaining, some people are just plain whack o. HAHA no offense I swear!! Then there are those people who are here to earn money and type whatever comes to mind. Im wondering if maybe that has something to do with why there has been a decrease in pay. A long time ago when I first came on the site they were changing a lot of things because of that. Maybe they are noticing that more people are starting to do that again.

hi subha... i am sorry to hear that some trolls here are attacking your star... i don't know whether the star ratings have anything to do with the earnings at all... so far, i never thought that it has a connection at all... for me, my earnings have been normal so far... so i don't really know what is happening with yours... you might want to contact the admin and asked them what happened... take care and have a nice day...

With the economy like it is right now our pay at mylot may fall a bit. I did get up to over a $1 yesterday! Woo Hoo! I had been trying all week. It still isn't where I want it yet but I am working on it. I do enjoy mylot and know they will keep the pay upped as long as they possibly can. Just hang in there and keep mylotting! I have heard that the discussions are where the money is and then I heard this week that the responding is where it adds up. Then I also read this week that responding to each post on a discussion you have started is what adds it all up. Well, I am totally confuzzled as to what is what but I know I enjoy mylot and enjoy being able to help others and give others encouragement that they much desire. I hope your star get back to where you want it really soon. God bless you!

I'm not sure what the stars by my avatar really mean. Could someone tell me so i will know what it stands for. I thought yesturday that i had earned up to $5.06 but today when i logged on it was back at $4.28 and i know thought i was seeing things. Maybe i had saw wrong yesturday so today i'm just commenting more that usual. I thought that at one time i had a 7 for a star and it moved up to and 8 and still i have to ask what the star means in my status in my lots.

my earnings are a little down but not like that. I know that I have not earned as much for what I have done'as when I was a ten or a nine but I tend to try to do at least fifty five p;osts and am earning over a dollar always but not as much as I used to earn. It might come up again.

If you start concentrate on earning,it is always fluctuating.Any how mylot pays.That is the best thing about mylot compare to other sites.Because of my job load,i cannot post or reply more than 5 discussions daily.But,i daily log in to this site and post or reply some discussions.Now it is a daily routine for me.

I had not even noticed any difference with the rates at all, but my activity here is rather inconsistant so it is not the kind of thing that I would realise quickly. I cannot imagine that the star rating has any relevance to the earning ratio, although the earnings system here is a well guarded secret and we will probably never know for certain.

I think it would be fine. you just have to be patient. Your stars will up pretty soon.

I have noticed that it is getting harder to earn these days, and no matter how long I spend here, my earnings don't increase as much as I think they should. However, I am happy to be able to spend some time here.

I have noticed that my earnings also seem to be down a little this week. It seemed like I was making a lot more for awhile, so I was really happy about the higher earnings, but now this week I am making less for the same number of posts I think. I'm not sure the reason for it. I wasn't sure if my posts were just not as good or something, but if other people are experiencing the same thing, then I guess the earnings are just lower in general right now. It does seem like they will sometimes be really great and other times be not very good at all. I'm not sure what causes it to vary so much though. I just hope that eventually they will come back up so we can take advantage of some higher earnings again!

My earnings never seem to stay the same here so I am not sure if mine has decreased or not. That doesn't seem like a lot of money to me for 40 posts. A few could be deleted discussions but not that many. I think that I would watch my earnings the next few days and see if they pay you later when they realize that they made a mistake.

Well, i noticed that too... for sure the increased pay hike cannot go on forever... everything and everybody is affected by the current world economy and mylot is not an exemption to that... the good thing is that we were able to enjoy a great pay for a couple of months... and when things starts doing well again... i hope mylot will have a pay increase again...

Same for me. My earning took a bit stumble this few days. maybe cause I do not post as much as I can now. Anyway, just try to be patient for the star problem. And maybe mylot calculate half of your 40 post in wednesday and half of them on thursday.

I didn't realize that our stars had anything to do with our earnings. You'll be happy to know that I just gave you a positive rating. I really hope that will help boost you a bit, and I hope that others will give you positive ratings too.

My star rating (popularity) has also gone down some but my earnings are up. I'm not posting so much but I'm earning well. I mostly respond to others but I find when I comment on responses to the posts I start I get paid quite well.

Though I signed up in mylot about 5 months ago i have started blogging only yesterday. But i do hope to earn a lot because i am being paid very little in my job and with high inflation now everyone needs a second income. Thanks mylot for this opportunity!!!

I am not sure about this, I have only being active for a week so doesnt know much about this problem. But I posted alot in a day and got really low earning, and was a little disapointed. But I think I will just write more quality posts and make it up ^^ and I am learning here as well so it's not only money that I am earning from mylot

I noticed that your star dropped ,but I just don't know why.I thought perhaps you many short posts such as only one sentence at first.But that's not true.I really don't understand why.It's really weird sometimes.I can't figure it out.I hope your can get your star back and earn more.
