Hard worker or Smart worker who will win

You are right sir,smart and intelligent worker can win with out more hard work.But he must have hard work with his brain.So there also needs the hard work.I think the hard work and the smart work both needs for the success.Thanks

I fully agree with you it is usually the smart worker who wins. But even smart worker have to work their way out as nothing is possible without doing any work. Some smart work definately one has to do to be a winner.

I don't think hard working brings success either unless they have some good knowledge of what they are doing. I think a smart person gains more success no matter how hard they work. they work their brain more. The smart worker can run circles around the hard worker and get alot more accomplished.

Yes, I do agree with you in this regard. smart working ins most of the time these days. But, in reality both need to be in equal proportions to be successful always. Smart work alone can not do the things every time. cheers
