My personality is not good so i want to develop it & want to grow my knowledge, to grow my communication skills.

The best way to improve your personality is joining some personality deelopment course. Otherwise look at the people around you and if you want to be like someone try and imitate their habits. It may help you improve yours!

You are saying right but I have no time to join some personality development course. & your second option is right that look at the people around you and if you want to be like someone try and imitate their habits. absolutely it may helpful for me. I found myself as compare to other people that my personality is not improved. but i would try to improve it.
