What do you feel when your are chosen for best response?

There are times when I open my email inbox and received a message I have been chosen for a best response.It feels great to be chosen especially when you really gave the best you can give in a discussion.
How about you? How do you react when you were chosen for a best response?

A certain amount of accomplishment. Whenever I find out that my post got chosen to be the best response in a particular discussion that I participated in, it feels nice. It means that the one who initiated the discussion also agrees to what I have posted. (^_^ )

Sometimes, I reply to the discussion in thanking for getting my post chosen as the best response though I would still prefer getting a response and then replying along with my gratitude on getting my post selected for the recognition. Sometimes, they just choose without even replying.. (^_^")

Yes, it is an achievement. It feels nice to receive an email message in the morning saying you were just selected for a best response by myLot. It only shows that the poster was satisfied by your answer/comment.
At some other times, the poster may not completely agree with you. But ends up convinced by what you posted and select you for best response.

True. There are really many things we can get from myLot aside from earning money from the web. It also lets us learn how to share the things we know and have good feelings about it.

Of course I feel elated. Sometimes I give my best shot but don't get the pencil. Most of the times I just type what comes to mind and surprisingly I get the mark. It warms my heart and makes my day a little brighter. It also encourages me to post more as some "feel good" hormones are released. I also make it a point to thank everyone who rewards me the pencil. I think it's just right to do that.

Yes, having chosen for best response really brightens a day just like when I opened my inbox on a not so good morning. I also felt elated by the notification from myLot.

Oh by the way, I think I have failed to thank everyone as there were times when I was not very active in myLot and still get the best response anyway. I am amazed at the number of my best responses and when I checked them yesterday I was floored. I even made a blog out of it.

I felt happy and surprised yesterday when I saw that I got 2 best response alerts! I am still kind of new, so I figured it would take a while to get that honor. But I do put a lot of time and thought into my responses, and I try to be as sincere as possible. So I definitely feel proud. Also, sometimes I wonder if I am writing too much and if I'm bothering people, but when I get good comments and best responses that tells me that I really am contributing something, and that is important to me.

I really feel happy that my efforts were appreciated by the one who posted the discussion I responded to. It also served as something like a motivation for me to strive hard and respond with good quality responses that would make reading my response worthwhile... :)

I have never been chosen for best response but I think you must be feeling really nice. Its feels nice when you are appreciated for what you do. And when it comes from people whom we have never met it is still better. Gives a lot of encouragement. Congrats and happy myLOtting!!!

We don't know. Maybe tomorrow or the other day you'll get a best response. It doesn't matter that much anyway if you really enjoy posting here in myLot. Having the best response is just one of the motivations to post here in myLot.

I feel a little happy and inside, but nothing too intense as sometimes I think that people choose best responses at random as when I look at responses that have got me best response, I didn't think it was that good a response in comparison to other people's.

It's okay if you think your response is just like the response of other people on the discussion. It is possible that the information you gave is the thing needed by the one who created the discussion.

I think it feels good to get the best response for a discussion,and for the view discussions where I got the best response I felt really good,and I was glad that my work was appreciated,since I always try to do every response the best I can.

Yes, it really feels good being the best response on a discussion. Like one day, I opened my email inbox and I was expecting to just remove spam on it. But then there's a notification from myLot saying "Congratulations, you earned a myLot best response!" It was a good start of the day then. :)

Yeah I know it is always a good start to any day,when you find out you got a best response,and then even if you are having a bad day before you find out you got a best response,after you find out,the day doesnt seem as bad after all.

hi there..I didn't know about the BR thing during my first few days here..Then I received 3 emails in one day about it.. I was so happy because I didn't know how could have I written those posts. I reviewed what I had written to find out what made them give the BR..I suppose I just poured my heart out and wrote what I truly feel. That's why I dont wanna just response to some discussions which I dont have any knowledge or in which I cannot relate...And I'm so thankful because somehow, they made me smile...

I do the same too. I usually visit the page where I got the best response and read my response there. Also, I only choose the discussions that I am familiar about and when I am really in the mood of responding.

For sure you will have one too later. There are also many things to enjoy here in myLot while posting and earning like having friends, learning from others, etc.

Whenever I open my e-mail and see that one, or some of my posts were chosen as the best response, I feel really happy and excited and check which responses are those right away. When I'm on mylot already, I will say thank you to the topic starter and I will answer any questions posted about my post.
I feel really happy especially when I tried my best to respond and pour my heart out in that post.

Congratulations to all your best responses wrangel15! I know how great it feels when you are given the best response for a certain discussion. Everytime I am given a best response, I become more inspired to respond to more discussions. I am also more inspired to share opinions and views to my best ability.

It is really inspiring when chosen for best response. It motivates you to give more to the discussions you're responding to. It is also a good sign that the one who created the discussion reads the responses of his discussion.

I am very happy when I receive a best response as long as I think it was because it really was the best. Sometimes I think people just pick their friends and other times someone responded under me instead of having their own response and that was actually best.

It's a pretty neat feeling. Its also more proof against the accuracy of the star rating system. I use to be a 4 rating with dozens, pages upon pages of best responses. Now I'm a 7, but its still worth noting my efforts and best responses somehow do not merit a 9 or 10 rating...
