She burst into laugh during 3 minutes mourning for quake victims!

Lol,obviously,the 3 minutes mourning for quake victims is very solemn and sorrowful yesterday at 14:28 pm.
Though even under this situation,one of my colleagues,she burst into laugh right after the alarm whistle honked around the city and we stood in silence.
The most irritating thing is her laugh lasted three minutes until the mourning ended.She said she can help stopping laugh at moments like this,and gave us several examples to illustrate how innocent she was.
Most of my colleagues didn't say anything about her laugh.It is none of our business in theory,but I really doubt the woman she can forgive herself in heart.
Oh,do you think she is to be forgiven or to condemned on her behavior then?

Well although her behavior looks like unacceptable normal behavior. I guess we should just respect her behavior as it is. But then she should have to try to learn how to respect what the meaning of the time is for. I guess she was not able to grasp the meaning of that time to be silent and focus on the tragic event that happened.

I guess that because the disater didn't happen to her.She didn't loss families and lives as the quake hit people.So she is unable to know deeply how despair the people feel confronted with this devestating disaster.
The puffer,I want to call it,always says she is deeply concerned about the victims and wants to do something to help them.I don't think she have realized her promises.

Yep, I think her reaction was out of hysteria or nervousness. Many people react to nervousness by giggling, or laughing.
So don't put her down - she is obviously more affected by this than you may think.
A private talk with her about controlling herself during moments like this would be a good idea. If she can't contain herself, she sould not attend such solemn meetings - and she should absolutely be seeing some sort of psychiatrist for her problem.

The problem is she doesn't think she is wrong of doing that.She presented several examples to prove she is not intended to disrespect the victims.No one condemned her after that.But I am sure all of us had an impression that she is insane.
