I try to go through and check my mail or respond to some of it, but when I do, the box opens up or loads this crazy error and it is on my last nerve. this has been going on for about three days now. I hate computer problems. How can I get rid of this error and why do I have it? I cannot even press the go back button. It gives the same error, even when trying to reload also. Does this have everything to do with internet explorer or what? I can go to all of my websites and they work just fine. this only happens when I try to open my Netscape mailbox. **************** Warning: Page has Expired The page you requested was created using information you submitted in a form. The error just started a few days ago and I have tried everything that I know of to fix the problem and nothing works. How long have you been having this problem? My internet has worked just fine for many days but now it has gone haywire just for my mailbox itmes. All of my other websites work just fine. I think it is my internet service provider actually but I am not sure.

I thinks its more of a site traffic at that particular time. IE like every browser allot a certain time to load a page before issuing an error, if that time elapse you'll receive that error and a request to get it again. Traffic can be from the source site like Netscape or from your ISP side. Don't you experience that on certain time of the day only?

This is happening just by opening my mailbox from Netscape. I am not visiting any websites when I get the error. I go to all of my other sites and everything loads just fine. All of the errors I am getting is when I try to open my mailbox and check any mail.

You are using a web mail provided by your ISP, this means your isp is so choke up and cannot keep up with the demand. It a problem usually within an area at certain times. Just like calling from a cellphone during holiday season. We cannot do anything about it at the moment.

Have you tried updating Netscape?

I don't see anywhere to update Netscape. I would check into it if I knew where to go to do it. I contacted Netscape and first they say it is on their end and they also told me to do this and that to fix it. I am confused as to who has the problem because nothing fixed it.

I have Norton Antivirus installed on my computer and it is the newest version and is up to date. It is Symantec also. I do not know what the heck is wrong. I have gone months with no problems at all and then all of a sudden, I have this error and i have no clue why or where it came from.

You could try to go back to restore, when you'r computer worked fine. If this does not work, download from downloadl.com thse 2 programs: adawre and spybot; put into your temp folder; and then run. First time around it wil say old definitions, you want to say yes to update them, same for spybot, Do a scan with both programs. if this doesn't work, call your provode good luck

I have tried the system restore. It didn't work. I also have adware and spybot search and destroy. I have run both of the scans and got rid of things. i do that daily. I have called my provider and they say they cannot help because it is not on their end but I tend to disagree.

I have called them and they have bno clue what is going on. they are blaming it on internet explorer. I don't have any problems visiting websites though. I only get the errors when trying to do anything with my email inbox or the folders in it.

You may have to uninstall Internet Explorer and look for the .exe in your temp folder, or if you have your Mictrosoft CD you can reinstall. To get there go to Control Panel, You uninstall in Add Remove Programs, and go to Add Remove Window components, and deselect IE. Then go back in and check it. It worked for me, after twidling a bit. I use IE 6.02. I had upgraded to 7.0, though there were still issues, and was grateful that I was able to downgrade. A friend told me this could not be done, and I always say there is a way to do things, you just got to keep plugging away until it fits your desire. I hope this helps. Good luck, and let me know. Thanks God that You have resolved this error with Your ISP's mailbox... In most cases some adware changed properties how browser will work.. but this is strange to be happen on Netscape.. Anyway important is that You can use now Your mailbox.. :)

I don't use a PC very often because I'm a MAC user. I would recommend that you try the Firefox browser for your web surfing. I think an email client like Outlook Express would be better to read your mail. I'm not sure whether or not you are reading your email online (webmail) or using software to do it. If the majority of your problems involve the internet, installing new browsers and deleting the old ones should help. Get away from Internet Explorer, Firefox is far superior. Good luck.
