What's the funniest episode of Monk that you've ever seen?

There are so many funny Monk episodes, I don't think I could point out just one. Today, I saw the one where Monk actually tries to use a computer. He was so clueless. Later, he ended up writing on a flat screen tv because he thought it was a blackboard. Who has a blackboard in the back of a sophisticated mobile crime center? Apparently, Monk is not tech savvy. Then there was that episode where his therapist decided to quit and Monk went into the stages of grief. But, instead of taking months to cycle through all the stages, it took just minutes. And, then he started the cycle again. Anyway, that was really funny. I loved the episode where he was a butler. That was really cool. The guy from the Hobbit movie was on it too. Which Monk episode is your favorite? Do you ever watch Monk with family? Do you watch Monk episodes online?

I agree. There are so many good episodes. It really is hard to choose, but I will have to say that Mr. Monk Goes to the Carnival is one of my all time favorites. I can watch this one over and over again. This is the show where Monk tells Sharona to "Suck it up!" after her encounter with an elephant. Apparently she is phobic when it comes to elephants. My husband, who is very picky when it comes to entertainment that is funny also, really likes watching Monk. So do my kids. Actually, it is rare to find a show that the entire family can watch together. This is another great aspect of Monk.

Hi beautyqueen26! I think Monk is an absolutely class act show! there all great but I love the one where he's in mexico or south america and he wont drink the water or the bottled kind because it isn't the one he prefers, so he goes through the whole show looking being weak, wimpering and desperatley searching for a bottle of the variety he wants !! I used to watch it with my granmother and have a real good chuckle. I think sharoana9hope i spelled it right is great as his home help, and even though its very funny the serious stuff gets handled with great sensitivity!

And, then he started the cycle again ROFLMFAO omg that was a good one!! I absolutely LOVE Monk, that is one of my favourite shows....To pick a "funniest" episode though is pretty much impossible for me since I love them all..

Monk is one of my favorite shows. There are so many great choices for funniest episode that its hard to pick only one. My favorite season is the first one. I'm going to pick the first episode, as I laughed so hard and kept saying I love it to my family. I agree the more recent computer episode was priceless. Several of my friends called me after viewing the episode to say nobody could be that clueless and I remind them of how many calls I receive when people can't get the new pump to work in their pond. The problem they didn't plug in the pump. I have been buying each season of Monk, so don't watch them online. This way I can watch them anytime without having to turn on my computer. I did watch the early episodes with family, but my daughter stopped watching when Sharona left the show.
