office protocol can make it different for one employee
to ask another for help.while no one likes shirker who never seems to be able to quite get his own projects finished and turns helplessly to peers for assistance,most will willingly volunteer to lend a hand to someone who has helped him or her?
is that true?

I try and help my colleagues when they are burdened with work but if they do not help me out when I need help then I would not be willing to help them the next time. But we should not help the people who are lazy and always depend on others.
