Prime Goal.

According to you, what is the prime goal of people all over the world? Whether it is 'Income' or 'Knowledge'? I think it is 'Income'. Please share your views on this.

Hello,Mitraa! In my opinion both knowledge and income are the prime concern of all the people of the world.because if you have no knowledge you can't have a good income and whatever income you might fet you can't spend in a better way and you will just waste it.so you must require the knowledge first for acquiring a good income and spend in an effective way.thanx.

If your only goal in life is to generate income, then you're not very knowledgeable. You asked for my opinion!
As far as all over the world, I think a good majority are money oriented. But, I'm not smart enough to decide for the whole world.
I think some of our goals are limited to where we live. I don't think many people in Africa are money-oriented. But, again, it's all speculation. I've never been there.
Many Americans think they need great sums of money. I find it doesn't make much difference how much money you have, it's how you feel about how much you have.

Oh my gosh, I just realized how what I wrote sounded.
When I used the word 'you' I certainly didn't mean 'you' personally! I would never point a finger at anyone in judgement.
I feel kind of crummy, worrying about my phrasing. I meant the word 'you' as a collective of everyone.
Please forgive me. It should have read if 'someone's' only goal in life is to generate income, then they are not very knowledgeable. (in my humble opinion)
Well, I hope everyone sees my corrections before they kill me with daggers of anger and outrage. :)

i think you forgot to add one more option.. Its happiness.. Income and knowledge are primary. Because they are the way t have a happy life, so think some people.. being happy is what may people want. And Income and knowledge pave a way for it.

If those are the only two choices then it would have to be income because, without at least some sort of income it's next to impossible to survive...unless you want to live in a tree or a cave. Income makes it possible to gain knowledge but, even if a person wanted knowledge more than they wanted income, the prime goal would have to be income for the reasons I've already stated above.
