Saturdays Eve of Destruction.

Those monster trucks are awesome aren't they and they do put on a really good show. It has been awhile since the entire family was able to do something under 50.00 for a nights entertainment. The race track I used to work for here had the monster trucks come every March and I worked there selling pre-sale tickets for over a week before it started and all during the shows on friday night, sat. night and sunday afternoon so I didn't get to see much of the show but I was allowed to get my entire family in for free each showing and my grandson was able to be here then before he started school. He even was given some souveiners free but we also bought some plus they bought from the concession so they could eat and have something to drink. We had a head set for my grandson but he didn't use it most of the time. Now me, I love the roar of the trucks and the race cars and I love to feel them vibrate in my chest. hahaha I am so glad that you and the boys had a good time last night.

We haven't been anywhere for a very long time. We are always too busy working or the funds are low or something else takes the time or money from us. I love things like that and it is very enjoyable for the whole family. It has been about 11 years since I have enjoyed a good thrill like that. It is hard to make time since my husband and I both are working seven days per week just to make ends meet right now and buy a few extras we always wanted.

I love those truck names! I bet your grandsons will never forget going to the races! Granpaw (hubby) and I like to take our grand daughter to the big zoo.. She loves it and we love it too! Every year she asks if we're going! We didn't go last year, so we better go this year!!

I loved taking my kids to the monster trucks! We especially like Grave Digger, is he still around?! Dennis somebody, can't remember his last name. I'm so glad you take your grandsons out like that. It's so important. And besides, us oldies get to have fun and act like kids!
