Chicken?

When a recipe calls for cubed chicken breasts, how do you cook it? I've tried both grilling it on my George Foreman grill and boiling it in water. It's fine that night but the next day I hate the way it tastes. What do you do?

I usually boil my chicken also. I cook it on the grill sometimes too if I have the time and it is nice outside. I have also bought the chicken already cubed and already has the spices on it. That is the best way to do it but it costs alot more when you buy it already spiced and cubed.

Yes, it is much more expensive. I'll buy it every once and a while if I'm making a lazy meal like BBQ chicken pizza.
