Earnings discussions apparently not allowed?

I read in a post earlier than we are not to talk about our earnings...that it is in the mylot guidelines. So i went and looked... and found nothing saying you cant say how much you've earned.
I did see one FAQ guideline stating you cant post about how the earnings algorithm works (like anyone other than them know!)
However i look and i see many posts regarding earnings, making payout (isnt that the same as talking about what you earned?), earnings stopping...and then see later that these same posts have been deleted...Did the poster flub somewhere else? Or did i totally miss the line where it says you cant say how much you have earned on mylot?

I think those might be covered in the category "milestone posts" That would also include, "I reached 500 woo-hoo" and "Tomorrow is my birthday." They are informative, but not really a discussion. You are right, those discussions will get deleted and points earned on them will be lost. A discussion generally will have a question or comparison, something to discuss. "I made 10.00 this month by the 15th, compared to last month I am doing really well. I was not surprised I earned $30.00 altogether this month.How were your earnings?" That would be a discussion.

i don't think it's that you can't talk about your earnings. i think its more you can't complain about them. mylot should love when people get on here and say how happy they are that they got paid or how much they made in a day. but if people were to get on here and say their pay stunk or they didnt get paid or stuff like that then mylot would delete it.

I didn't now tht you could not talk about earnings and everyday just aobut that is one of the discussions that you always find in new discussions. So now i will have to stop commenting on them cause i could get in trouble or something like that. Or could it be what you talk about in the discussion that is over stepping the rules and regulations of My Lots?

well friend ...i dont think my lot would object to the handsome earnings which some my lot memebers have been doing from this site.Infact it is a great booster to the new joiners who keeps on adding day by day.

I have never checked on the guidelines about this. I don't think though that there is nothing wrong in discussing your earnings to posts..sometimes this kind of discussion give the reader an interest in getting the kind of earnings which other people gets. I do hope they give explanation on why this should be done. Sometimes I can't get their purpose on things like this.

I think mylot has reason for this kind of discussion. I saw lot of discussions about the mylot payment algorithm so that people can make most out of the mylot. And when people don't get much they complain and hence mylot's goodwill get low.
