How often do you go out socially?

So you have a regular place that you like to go to or do you go to different spots? My husband and I go out maybe once a week or once every other week and we normally go to our favorite place, mostly because there isn't much to choose from in this area but also because we like the atmosphere and know some of the other customers.

We don't have a regular place that we go, heck we rarely ever go out together. I want to start going out more but right now it is difficult. He is an over the road truck driver and is gone most of the week. He is most generally home every weekend, but since I started a new job and have been working every weekend, in order to get my training done. Even when we do have time together we usually don't go out because we have three kids and I know he wants to spend time with the kids. I am with them all week and I want to go do something with just adults once in a while, so I know our time is coming, we need to plan something with no kiddies..lol Right now, my only time away is when I tell the kids that they have to stay home and I run down the road to my girlfriends house for a short visit, just to get away for a few minutes....we all need a break once in a while. Just be there for her...even though it is over the phone. It will still help. She needs someone to be able to talk to about anything. I have times when I feel lonely too and just want to be around some girlfriends, not that I am not happy with my husband and kids, I am,,...but sometimes we need to have some fun with friends/sisters, ya know.

I dont go out much but if im lucky and do go out i wonder to much about how my kids are doing and if they are misbehaving well that is with my 2 boys especially my youngest son. plus there isnt much to do in our small little town. maybe when my kids are a little older we can go out a little more. :)

My husband and I go out quite alot. But where we live ( on Long Isand) we have quite alot of choices. For instance we go out to the movies at least once a month some times more often. I get discount tickets thru my real state board. There are so many different type of movie theaters I bought 3 different types of tickets. We also meet friends for dinner a few times a month and just go and eat out a few times a month. We go to TGIF once a month to meet with friends.
We also visit family members often as we are all within a few miles of each other.

My fiancee and I go out every Sunday. We play pool on a league and Sunday nights is our choice since the bars are usually kind of quiet then. I enjoy it becuase it gets me out of the house, takes me to establishments that i probably wouldnt otherwise visit and gives me a chance to meet new people.
