Barbietre Chocolate ( dark for me as I do not eat much in the way of sugar), then bacon would be my second choice. I eat broccoli but in no way could eat it every day.

Barbietre He is very controversial and has been known to annoy some, whether that is good or bad depends on which side you are on at the moment. My husband likes him, i do not I feel he is not all that qualified, and I think that is the real issue.

Barbietre I use a low carb diet and it keeps my levels low. I avoid all corn products, cook ith coconut oil, peanut and olive oil and butter. Avoid processed foods.

Barbietre I know plenty of people who use the ER and DO pay, so you did not get caught. Or maybe where you live they expect people not to pay. When my husband was in the ER for a heart attack I was filling out insurance forms, want the proof?
