If God created us then who created God? This question is a reason why I find the whole God concept a little bit silly. The way I see it, God did not create people. People created God. God is nothing more than a convenient explanation for the difficult questions of life. Try the way that "God" and "magic" can be interchanged. As science progresses, more and more of the things which are magical or have to have been created by divine intervention can be explained and repeated.

If God really does exist, prove it. Now when I say I want proof, I don't want some beat around the bush look at the word around you blah blah sort of argument, I want an actual scientific experiment. When you give me that, I will stop being so skeptical. Until then I will continue without imaginary friends.

I don't know what is your belief, and I think that the answer of this question is changed when you ask people who believe in different religions. What I believe is that God wasn't created because god was the primary thing ever in the whole universe. There is no one who created god because there is no such thing "before god". The god is the primary thing ever and it is something immortal. In the Jewish religion we believe that people can't talk about god with terms of time, because god is something way beyond our time knowledge. Your question is very close to the question about how did the universe started, because if there was something that was the base of the creation, who created this? and is it possible that all begine with none? All of this questions are really interesting and the humanity yet has the answers for the secrets of the universe. Although many smart people has tried to discover how was the universe created, no one has a clear answer.

Science and technology can't even prove the existence of God and never will be able to. It has proved that the universe started with a Big Band. Before that there was absolutely nothing. No chemical elements, dust particles nothing. Obviously someone set the bang in motion and that was God.

Its a simple answer. Noone created God. God has always existed and will always exist. We cannot comprehend him with our human minds. We can't compare him to creation. To us humans, everything has a beginning and end. But God has and always will exist.

This is a very good Q? People have to think in the right way to answer this one. Really if we the one created by GOD then who creadted GOD, a very good quetios, from where did he come , what was he doing before he created us, all this can be answered by the only one person that is himself again the all mity GOD. So i request all the people here to ask him only. If he is also a memeber here in MyLot and if he see this one, then i Hope we can get the right Answer.

I have thought about this myself a time or two. If god is the universe than who created it, if god is a spirit where did it come from, and than if something caused that to come into being what created that. So the only thing I can come up with is that there must be a loop of some sort the alpha-omega is a loop in time or reality when it ends it begins again.

No one created God. He is God. He is, He was and He will always be.That's why He is God. All you need to have is faith that He exists and that He is Almighty and has been there from the beginning of everything.Otherwise, if He was created by someone else, then He is not God but is on the same level as human beings. Just accept that He is,was and will always be.

God alway was. God always will be. God always remains the same. It comes down to faith. There is no proof that God always was, will be and will remain the same. I think it falls in the same category as He is all knowing. Its hard to wrap our minds around these concepts. It is not in our realm of knowledge. As humans we are created through ourselves by God. There is no answer to who created God aside from what our faith teaches.

When I read your question the first thing that came to my mind was the "Alpha and Omega" verse in the Bible. I'm glad a lot of people already gave it as an answer. The Bible said there are things our minds cannot conceive if we're trying to find out something about the divinity of God and His plan.

If God created us, then who created God ? The Bible teaches that there is an eternal God, and by that it doesn't have any beginning nor it doesn't have its end. It would be difficult for a depraved human minds to conceive how it is like. Question, Could God be fathomed ? If He does, then He is not God.

Theologians deal with and answer this question all the time. What they say is that God is without beginning or end. That is, he was not created because He has always been. God will never die because He always is. Alpha - Omega.

I have often wandered the same thing. I have seen a few discussions at Mylot about it also. They say that God prays to a God in the Bible so I guess his God, is his father but then who created that God? I have often wandered about eveolution because of this. No one has an answer for this and it only leaves us to question it.

Which came first; the chicken or the egg. I don't believe that there is an answer to that question. I believe in a higher power, an energy that is bigger than all of us. I think if we can remain positive in our mind, we are all part of this energy. More and more people are believing in collective conciousness. If you study the Cherokee's beliefs, we are the same one, all the same energy, all living things, including plants, animals, and people. I like to believe in karma, but I see a lot of people that should be dealing with what they dish out, yet outwardly they seem to be scratching their way through others to get what they want.
