Is liquid diet really good to cure ilness?

Hie Beb, I have heard of it but not aware about a book written about it. From what I know 'liquid diet' is usually for those people who has difficulty in swallowing or have undergone some oral surgery and temporarily on this diet. It can be from any food blended and liquidated then serve like a drink or/ watery congee. It's good if it is from sources of vegetables but beware if you are having diabetes, too much juices ( fruits ) could elevate the blood sugar and some people ( I personally experienced )even diarrhea due to the high content of fiber and laxative effects. No harm trying and having it in moderation but as a substitute for the normal food, it's another perspective to ponder on again.

Liquid diets should only be done in the care of a doctor. Although they are good to help cleanse the system. I have had several friends who have done them for weight loss and others that have done them just for ritual cleansing. I do have a excellent business opportunity or just a awesome product if anyone is interested in a liquid diet. Or just basically balancing your immune system. Just let me know.
