Your Collegues always ill........

Have you come across collegues who pretend that they are always ill....Oh well i have and this so called person is most of the time not to be seen in the office....and when by chance we do see him at work and happen to ask him how he was ...he would take a deep breath n say oh no am still having ..this n this ....am still not well ..
Its really sad to see such people around....have come across such specimens ??what are your expereince with people like these??/

I don't like people who do that. I don't have sick days to take off and I really am almost always ill. I have a few chronic health conditions and sometimes I can hardly function, but I come to work anyway. I've been sickly all my life, but I always came to work and school even when I didn't feel well and it affected my performance. I think even if I had sick days, I would still come to work. That's what makes me mad about people taking all that time off because I am really sick and I don't always believe that they're sick also.
But, there are a few people I have known who really were sick and needed to take days off, but I am not mad at them in that case.

It must be really very difficult for you...am surprised at how you manage...and we have people like specimens in my work place who take leave so very often saying they are sick...and strange that you cant even take sick leave...well taking sick leave when you really are sick is acceptable ...hope you do get fully well and hope ypur all your bad health conditions just vanish into thin air...happy mylotting

I can take a day off, but I don't get paid, so it really puts a burden on me.
