Hello everyone! I have a recipe that I like to make and my kids all love it. It is easy parmesan chicken. Here goes: Parmesan Chicken 6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts 1 Stick Butter Juice From 2 Lemons 3 Tablespoons Worcestire Sauce 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder 3/4 Cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a glass Pyrex baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside. Melt the butter in the microwave, then stir in the lemon juice and worcestire sauce until blended. Set aside. Mix the garlic powder, bread crumbs, and parmesan cheese in a pie plate and set aside. Dip the chicken breasts in the butter mixture, and then immediately bread the chicken in the bread crumb mixture. Place the breaded chicken breasts into the baking dish. When all of the chicken has been breaded and is in the dish bake at 350 degrees for around 45 minutes to an hour, depending on thickness of chicken breasts. Just make sure to cook until it is no longer pink. If you use the thinner breasts it will take less time, if you use thicker it will take longer. After the chicken is cooked through remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with a side of cheese tortelli or other pasta or serve with a side of mashed potatoes and some tasty vegetables like steamed zucchini, etc. Enjoy!! Please comment and let me know if you have tried it and if you liked it!! :D

I've made chicken fingers using Lemon Pepper Marinade - rolling the chicken in the marinade and then in the seasoned bread crumbs. Then I fry them in a pan with a small layer of oil. My mother, not a big chicken lover, just loved them! Had seconds and thirds. Another time, I took the chicken and made a mix of 1/2 margarine and 1/2 Louisiana Hot sauce and cooked it until it was reduced a bit before putting the already cooked chicken into it. I continued tossing it until it reduced all the way and was a thick glazing on the chicken pieces. I served them with a variety of side dishes. Mom loved that as well. I use ranch dressing with mine.

Mmm! Those both sound really yummy! I was wondering the second recipe you listed there, do you use chicken wings with those or do you use chicken fingers? Also, is it really spicy? Thanks for the addition to my discussion! I love ranch dressing too!

Yes - I make hot wings the same way, except I bake them before putting them into the sauce. Then, after they are well-coated, I stick them back in the oven so they aren't so "wet". Excellent! Unless you like wet wings, then you'd not do that last bit.

Hi Schulzie, Fantastic recipe!! Absolutely delicious! I now have a new favorite chicken recipe. Thanks. Did you know that Shake and Bake has a mix for Parmesan chicken? I love experimenting with different things and chicken. I think chicken is a very versatile meat to use in recipes. Again thanks for a hit at my dinner table.

Thanks so much! I am glad they liked it. I love how easy it is to make. No, I didn't know about the shake and bake. I have never even tried any shake and bakes. Thanks again!

Wow. This sounds amazing. I am going to save this and give it a go. It's very similar to another recipe I use, but I do like to change things up a bit from time to time.
