Friday is my day to start new discussions...

It sounds like a system that works for you. By writing them down as you think of them it saves you from alot of wasted time just staring at the computer trying to think up a discussion. We could classify your system as good time management!

I was going to write and say "but it is only Thrusady" then I looked to see where you are from and found out it is Friday for you already. lol

Are the earnings any better or worse when you only respond and comment?

That sounds like a great idea to me. I hardly ever post new discussions but i love to respond to others. I really like getting my friends discussions in my email inbox daily also. I have a whole bunch of them right now to respond to. I love it because they keep coming in and I will never run out, more than likely.

Good for you!!! I am happy to see you post!! I'm not sure why so many aren't posting...and so many people are complaining that the quality posts arent there anymore....I only get notifications of 3 of my friends that post anymore!!! it used to be 20 a day!!! I need to make some posts too..I've got a couple of ideas.. WEll...I can hardly wait to see your posts!!!

That's an idea Jemina. I think I'm going to 'steal' it from you ;-) I like to be organized in everything I do, but I didn't found a way in myLot yet. Maybe taking one day to post discussions and using the others to post responds and comments will help me to not spend to much time on myLot.

Wow.. You write them all down, and then start all of your New discussions on Fridays? How many New ones do you start then, and do you get a lot of responses back to them? For me, it all depends on the mood I am in, and the time alloted to be in here as to when I start a New discussion and what I want to talk about. I have had some New discussions do really good, and others bomb is why I am selective at times for sure. Well, here it is Thursday so I assume in just over 24 hrs. you will be starting a couple of new discussions for the week huh? Wishing you the best.

Oh, this sounds like a great idea! I am just getting active here, I joined a year ago and kinda forgot, then came back the other night and have been posting up a storm and having fun! :) I may have to do this, or at least I may write down ideas when I'm not on here. But honestly, so far I've been on here more than I haven't. I may spend a little time each day, or each week thinking and if something good comes up I will post.

why you post only during Friday? i can post at any day of the week except i am busy with my studies and sometimes my offline business. every time i got a good ideas to be posted,immediately i will post it here. mostly i am running out of ideas to be shared in discussions, i must prefer to share my ideas in responding comment to my friends discussions like what i did to your post.

Do we really have to set a particular day to start discussions or is it just your choice? I'm a newbie and I'm still working my way around. So far I don't have anything I'd like to discuss right now so I guess I would just be responding for the meantime. Writing them down is a good idea. I might want to borrow that with your permission.
