Do you do any workouts daily for fitness?

I do daily 1 hr workouts to be physically fit.It helps me to be away from many deceases.Do you follow the same ?

yes walking is number one. i also dance as one of my daily fitness. i usually use techno music for it is bouncy and it invites me to dance and burn a lot. i also have some dumbles at home and use it for stretching. but workouts is not the only one that can help us or protect us from deseases fruits and veggies too.

I used to work out nearly every day and I felt so good all the time. Now I hardly work out at all and I feel sluggish and sick. I guess I know what I need to do. :D

I don't do a daily work out even though I know I should. Thats something I am working on doing daily.

I workout a lot.. probably too much sometimes. I do a lot of walking daily.. it's helped me feel a lot more healthier and become more healthy.. as i've lost 100lbs doing all this now. it really is the best thing for your health and its not as bad or hard as people think!
