Our Senators Voted to Give Themselves a Pay Raise

How do you like this? The Senators in Louisiana voted to give themselves a pay raise to the amount of tripling their base pay! They also get other allowances in addition to base pay. So how would you like to get a $34,000 a year raise? I think I could live with that too!
Don't you just love politics?

Whle this is nothing new it is very irratating especially with the economy the way it is and so man people suffering from the economy.

Shame on you Kareng..they have to pay for their rich cars and gas and eating out and vacations..you are a meanie for thinking bad of them..LOL..I ate 2 hot dogs with cheese on top for my wonderful meal..minus the bun..can't afford much else.So yes i'll take the 34,000

Have heard of this for many years now - congress men and all the like. now we know where our national Deficit comes from! Think it will help to write them and tell the to stop?
