Cant they just make the same size FIT the same!!!???

I swear I can go to any store and the size i fit in another store will be 3 or 4 sizes too small or too big...NEVER fit the same as any other store.
I don't know what size i really am! One store I fit a size 16, another its a size 14 and yet another nothing smaller than a 21 will fit. It drives me absolutley nuts to have top choose 10 different sizes to try on. No wonder I hate buying clothes! The sizing just is not consistent!

It seems like a lot of people have this problem especially women. Every store seems to have their own different sizes. Everyone should make all their sizes exactly the same so you know what freaking size you are.

Oh, I agree. 
I am not a misses size, not a woman's size, not a regular, not a plus size. I used to sew a lot, perhaps I should again. I even managed to get pants that were too big for me, even though they were knit.
The same size in another brand is too small and short. I give up.
