Its been few days now that I didn't have a good night sleep. Right now its 3:00 am and Im still awake, I can't sleep. What should I do? have you ever been in this situation?!

I have insomnia alot. I have researched it quite abit. They say that you should still get up at the same time and try not to nap. Set an alarm if you need to. Alot of people leave the tv on and fall asleep to it. Don't. A warm bath or shower just before bed helps you to relax. If part of the reason for the insomnia is stress try an old trick my mom taught me. Get comfortable in your bed. Clear your mind. Now tell each part of your body to go to sleep.
